Terms of Use
1. Service and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kimiro iOS app and the kimiro.app website, provided by Gameport LLC (“we”, “us”). Kimiro creates AI stories, videos and photo styles from portraits you upload. This website introduces the app and does not perform generations. By using the app you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kimiro. Support: dev@kimiro.app.
2. Your content and other people’s consent
Use only material for which you have the necessary rights. Before using another person’s photo, obtain their informed consent to AI transformation and the related data sharing. A photographer’s permission does not replace the depicted person’s consent where required by law. Do not upload another person’s private material without permission. Rights in source material remain with the rights holders. You grant us a limited license to process, store and share your material with our providers only as necessary to perform the selected function and deliver results. This license does not cover advertising or model training.
3. Prohibited uses
Illegal content, sexualization or exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats, fraud, intellectual-property infringement and deceptive impersonation are prohibited. Do not portray AI output as authentic evidence of another person’s actions to mislead others. Do not bypass payment checks, technical limits or security protections. When sharing, follow the destination platform’s rules and applicable AI-labeling requirements. Do not use outputs for identity verification or significant medical, legal or similar decisions.
4. AI results
Generation is probabilistic. Appearance, details and motion may differ from the photo, description or example. Results may be inaccurate, contain artifacts or resemble other users’ results. No particular generation time, quality, exclusivity or copyright protection is guaranteed. Review outputs before use or publication. A generated result does not grant permission to use third-party brands, likenesses or protected elements. Commercial use of results is your responsibility.
5. Subscriptions and credits
Subscriptions let you continue stories and create videos; credits are used for individual generations. Additional credit packs are available to active subscribers. A subscription does not mean unlimited generations. The app shows the cost and conditions before you confirm a purchase. Credits can be used only for Kimiro features, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Purchased credits do not expire. If you believe credits were charged for a failed generation, contact dev@kimiro.app.
6. Apple billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds
App Store purchases are processed by Apple; Apple’s confirmation displays the price, period and available conditions. Auto-renewable subscriptions keep renewing until canceled. Deleting the app or account does not cancel them. Manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings: Subscriptions → Kimiro → Cancel Subscription. Follow Apple’s displayed deadlines and terms, including trial conditions. Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple; eligibility is subject to Apple’s terms and mandatory consumer rights.
7. Deletion and ending use
You can stop using the app at any time. Account deletion is available in Profile; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted. Exported files remain in their destination apps until you delete them. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms; you can contest such a decision by writing to dev@kimiro.app. Ending use does not affect refund rights you have under applicable law or Apple’s terms.
8. Liability, law and changes
Kimiro is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app together with these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this website before they take effect.
